Father Christmas arriving to Powerscourt Centre this Saturday
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre. At 12 noon on Saturday, November 29th, we are delighted to welcome back Dublin City’s most authentic Father Christmas. Arriving to the joyful melodies of the Lazus Children’s Choir, one of Dublin’s most popular Father Christmas’ alongside Mrs. Claus and the elves will welcome families and shoppers with jubilant delight.
Filled with 18th century charm, Father Christmas’s den and workroom is a must see for all the family. From the moment you enter families will feel as if they have landed in Lapland and children will get a real winter wonderland experience. Greeted by a toasty fire and twinkling lights, the whole experience will be a truly magical experience for big and little kids alike. Entry is only €12 and includes a photo with Father Christmas and a unique gift, plus a donation to the Simon Community is given.
From 11am that morning, the Powerscourt Centre will be the perfect place for a fun-filled family day out with events and entertainment taking place till 2pm. Balloon modelers, face-painters and the Pitch Perfect choir will add an extra special jolly feel to the day. With a real-life Father Christmas and his helpers also on hand to welcome everyone to the centre, the yuletide spirit is sure to be filling the centre.
